| Our Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation policy will apply only once your booking is confirmed. A confirmed booking is when we have advised you that the room is available and you have secured your room reservation by providing us with your credit card details or by arranging a money transfer.
We do not charge a cancellation fee for rooms that have not been confirmed. To cancel a booking please call us or alternatively advise us by sending an email and inserting the word "Cancel" in the subject line. The email must include the following details:
1. Email address you used for the booking
2. First and family name used for the booking
3. Date for the booking
If a cancellation is made we will always try to re-book the room, therefore if we are able to re-book your room then you will not incur any cancellation charges. However, if we cannot re-book the room then the following applies:
Cancellation within 7 days of stay - a 25% cancellation fee applies (for every night booked).
Cancellation within 48 hours of stay - a 50% cancellation fee applies (for every night booked).
Cancellation within 24 Hours of stay - a 100% cancellation fee applies (for every night booked).
There are no refunds for early departure.
Please note, if you have listed an incorrect email or if your computer has a spam blocker, our email confirmation may not be received by you. In that event you will be responsible for the entire reservation, unless you cancel within our cancellation period.
